Biography

Alison Stiltner brings extensive administrative experience and a strong background in financial services to Lindamood Financial Group. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a financial advisory office administrator and spent ten years with Russell County Schools as a Data Technician and Office Manager for the Adult Education Program. She also has experience in banking, accounting, and insurance, equipping her with a well-rounded understanding of client service and operational excellence.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, Alison is passionate about meeting new people, building meaningful relationships, and ensuring clients feel welcomed and supported. Her professionalism and dedication contribute to the smooth functioning of the office and a positive client experience.



A native of Russell County, Alison grew up in Honaker and now resides in Lebanon, Virginia, where she and her husband, Rex, have made their home for over 30 years. They have been married for 35 years and have three sons. She attends Lebanon Community Fellowship, where she and her family serve in various capacities. Outside of work, Alison enjoys gardening, spending time on the lake, and most of all, being with her family.
