Biography

Matthew Lindamood started Lindamood Financial Group in July 2020 with one goal in mind: bringing large investment company insights and technology to Lebanon, VA and combining it with small town values and a family atmosphere. Having worked for two of the larger national investment firms, Edward Jones and Raymond James, Matt saw the positives as well as the negatives working for such large national brands. He brought that knowledge and expertise and combined independent investment groups. 

He partnered with Concurrent Financial Group to leverage their innovative investment technology and assets to maximize Lindamood Financial Groups ability to provide high quality financial planning usually not seen in an independent group. He was so successful that he was invited to sit on the board of Concurrent. Despite all his success, Matt continues to hold himself and all his investment advisors to the same ambitious standards, which are the foundation of Lindamood Financial group; the best financial advice possible, delivered in a family atmosphere. 

Matt has given much of his time to the community by serving on the Board of the Russell Country Medical Center and served as President of Rotary and Lions Clubs. He currently serves on the advisory board of Concurrent. He is a regional leader for the Northeast and Midwest. He was nominated for person of the year at Concurrent. Lindamood Financial Group is the fastest growing practice within Concurrent and as of beginning of 2025 is the third largest practice. 



Matt is married to his high school sweetheart, Ashley, and together they have three beautiful daughters: Emma, Sophie, and Maisie. They especially enjoy traveling at home and abroad and devoting time to their children’s sporting events. Matt and Ashley settled into the charm of Russell County in 2012, after growing up near Bristol, TN.
