Crystal Keen brings a strong background in healthcare administration to her role at Lindamood Financial Group. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in Honaker, Virginia, where she managed licensing, contracts, and insurance adjudication. Her experience developed exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail—strengths she now applies to overseeing the firm’s operational processes.

Crystal plays a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, from document processing to financial transactions. Dedicated and dependable, she takes pride in helping clients move forward confidently toward their financial goals.

A Russell County native, Crystal lives in Big A Mountain with her husband, Wes, and their son, Levi, on their family farm where they raise sheep. She enjoys baking, cooking for family and friends, reading, and investing in her community. Her faith is central to her life and influences her commitment to serving others.
