Virginia “Gin” Thornton brings over 30 years of comprehensive office and program management experience to Lindamood Financial Group. Prior to joining the firm, she served at Florida State University as an HR Representative and Executive Assistant in the Athletic Department, and later as a Program Associate in the Controller’s Office. With a strong background in organizational leadership and operational support, Gin plays a vital role in ensuring seamless service for both clients and team members.

Gin is dedicated to ensuring every client feels heard, valued, and genuinely cared for. With a proactive mindset and keen attention to detail, Gin anticipates needs before they arise and works diligently behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly. Her approachable demeanor and strong communication skills foster trust and confidence, while her commitment to service excellence cultivates a positive, supportive environment for both clients and colleagues.

In 2022, Gin and her husband, Reggie, relocated to the Blue Ridge Mountains to fulfill a lifelong dream of returning to mountain living—something especially meaningful to her as a native of the Shenandoah Valley. Being back in the mountains feels like coming home. She places a strong emphasis on family, valuing the balance of being present for loved ones while embracing the natural beauty and close-knit spirit of her community.
